Sailing the ocean blue.....

We were able to finish two projects today!  A sailboat on a sunny day with an island in the background.  Nice look to your water in the foreground!!

And the kids really wanted to do a color pencil drawing using continuous lines.  Like the one I colored  a few posts ago. You can scroll down several posts to see what I mean.  I let them draw their own pics and then showed them the technique.

Looking from above you can see down inside the sailboat pretty well here.  Good job.

I like all of your added designs on the sail.  Very pretty!!  Nice bright painting.

You've got the swirls down beautifully and that is a really pretty flower!!

Look at all the movement in the water with waves hitting the side of the boat.  This is indeed a stormy sort of day.  Good start on the pencil drawing too.  Keep filling in the sky until it is all covered.  Looks great!

This guy liked the colored pencils so much he did both projects with them.  Very good helicopter , your drawing is improving more and more each class.  Keep up the good work.

Great job with the colored pencils.  And your sailboat is another good example of the waves lapping up the side of your sailboat.  Nice colors too, and pleasing to look at.
